Full Time Graphic Designer Position Available

We work to create and build long lasting identities, actively manage brands, create strategic, targeted campaigns, and get results through the most creative, innovative ways possible…and do it all on time and within budget.

TJA is on a quest to find an amazing full-time graphic designer who’s talent is comparable to their personality…both being of the highest caliber. Being able to take direction is a must, however, the ability to articulate your own ideas and adding to the team, as a whole, is immensely important also!

The ideal person to join our team:

• 2 yrs or more industry experience
• Proficient in CS5 software
• Experience in developing websites and email campaigns
• Demonstration of strong typography, composition and presentation skills
• Understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Top notch organizational and critical thinking skills
• You prefer to sketch before going to the computer
• Positive attitude and appropriately confident
• Enthusiastic, diligent, and determined
