Last month, the TJA team said goodbye to our home of the past five years and hello to our new digs at The Quad. 2017 was a big year for our agency in many ways. We increased our team by 25%, and with that growth, came the need for a larger space. With approximately 9,000 square feet and two floors, we’re ready for dance parties. Just kidding, but we are definitely excited to have loads of new space for our expanding team.
As our boss lady, Veronique, says, “culture has always been the backbone of TJA and the new office will provide our team more space to spread its creative wings and continue to produce stellar work for our clients.” Now that we are all settled in, we wanted to share some of our favorite aspects of our new space.
More Room for Activities
One of the biggest perks of our new office is the increased square footage. We’ve more than doubled our space, which allows us more room for activities like Klask, meetings and that little thing called work. Each level boasts open floor plans, complete with private offices for each department head.
Ballin’ Technology
When we started planning our new home, Veronique made it a point to up our tech game. It started with our decked out conference rooms, which came equipped with 80-inch smart TVs, new conference phones and every computer port you could ever need – right there on our conference table. The best part? We teamed up with itSynergy for around-the-clock tech support, and we now have two internet providers to ensure the office is connected at all times of the day.
Killer Selfie Spots
Around every corner, you’ll find a spot worthy of a selfie, and that was no accident. We wanted our office to be interactive and have our team and guests feel like they were in a fun, vibrant space instead of a more corporate office. Take a look at some of our favorite new spots.
On-Site Restaurant & Gym
Being one of the first tenants of The Quad definitely has its perks. The property is home to its own restaurant, Pitch Pizzeria, where you’re sure to find our team each morning grabbing some Press Coffee, meeting for lunch or enjoying happy hour. The property also has its own gym, complete with Peloton Bikes, where a few of us will be found during our lunch breaks.
