Job description:
As a Media Coordinator at The James Agency, your primary responsibilities will be ongoing management of paid media campaigns across multiple mediums including paid search and paid social media. Management means you will be in accounts daily, monitoring budgets and KPIs on a weekly basis, preparing useful reporting for internal teams and clients at varying cadence, as well as assisting in monthly billing activities. The ideal candidate must have working experience in Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising. Must be proactive in keeping up to date with the latest trends in paid media and how they could potentially affect our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns on both Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising
- Monitor and update keywords and/or ad copy to optimize ads
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain the best ROI
- Suggest and develop new campaigns as needed
- Actualize media plans/budget controls on a monthly basis
- Track KPIs across multiple platforms to assess performance
- Maintain partnerships with representatives from different platforms
- Continued education of paid media
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working in paid search, agency experience not required but a definite plus
- Well-spoken and confident in public speaking scenarios

Overview
The Organic Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence for The James Agency and clients. They will implement social media marketing strategies in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand each client’s target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group. They will help grow and maintain active communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. The Organic Social Media Coordinator will develop content l calendars for both the agency and necessary clients. This position will need to make sure that the copy is engaging, accessible to the readers and aligned with each client's respective brand and target audience.

Job Responsibilities
- Write copy in appropriate brand voice for organic posts
- Create engaging creative content on Canva when necessary for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the other departments in the agency to develop a well-rounded social media content calendar

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred
- 1-3 years of social media marketing experience
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms
- Experience with Later and native Facebook insights preferred
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools including (VSCO, Canva, Photoshop)
- Excellent social listening skills
- Ability to switch between a B2C and B2B voice and tone when writing copy

Overview:
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs.
- Translate business requirements into user interfaces by creating simple and intuitive designs with our client’s end users in mind
- Research and apply the latest trends and standards in UI/UX design
- Conduct (UI): UI sketching, branding, color, typography, layouts, design research, animation, UI prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and graphic design
- Assist with design projects across the entire client portfolio
- Create user flows wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Give and solicit feedback from team members to maintain high product standards
- Collaborate with and present to directors, designers, and developers to execute product initiatives
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

The hybrid rile that fuses both the traditional PR role with Organic Social Media. The integrated PR/communicator should work cross functionally with other departments within the agency. He or she should be skilled in organic social media, video and the current technology while practicing traditional and social communications. The PR/organic Social Media should be able to perform eight functions:
Responsibilities:
- Obtain earned media coverage for clients and oversee/recommend PR strategies for clients and the agency
- Generate media lists for client initiatives
