The James Agency had the opportunity to take on an amazing brand refresh project for Travel Costa Mesa. The goal was to distinguish them from other organizations within the same vertical, and focus on giving potential visitors a taste of the variety that awaited them in the SoCal city.
Reimagining their logo and brand standards, TJA modernized the look and feel of Travel Costa Mesa, creating an effective visual identity that conveyed clarity and liveliness. The accompanying brand video highlights the variety of ways visitors can spend their time in Costa Mesa, from chowing down on IG-worthy eats to chilling out at a skate park. Utilizing a “two halves of a whole” design narrative, viewers intuit a compatibility among all the choices available to them. The possibilities seem limitless as well as manageable; visitors can curate a trip that suits their interests and tastes, as well as fit it all into their itinerary. The best of both worlds.
