3 of TJA’s favorite production moments.

It might be too late to say “happy new year” to friends and acquaintances, but it’s never too late to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments. We’re taking our 2023 agency theme — EXPAND — to new levels. 

We’ve expanded our in-house capabilities of video editing and cinematography and added a collection of high-end camera and lighting equipment. Here are 3 of the TJA Production Department’s favorite moments of 2022: 

Medieval Times PR Footage 

Knights. Swords. Horses. Giant poultry legs. Need we sayeth more? When Medieval Times told us that their falcon was retiring after over a decade of loyal service to Her Majesty the Queen, we couldn’t get there fast enough. We put our new camera equipment to the test, capturing this gorgeous falcon surpassing speeds of over 70 miles per hour in a final flight for the ages.



Caffe Vita PR Footage 

On a rare rainy day in Phoenix, we spent the morning cozying up in Caffe Vita, a new-to-the-Valley coffee shop. We had a great time catching the national championship-winning baristas brew up artful coffee while we recorded editorial footage for use in PR campaigns. Let’s just say they got some buzz, and we did too!


Dazzle Dry Winter Wishes Color Launch 

When it came time to launch Dazzle Dry’s winter color collection, we teleported our minds to winter wonderland vibes. One of our favorite projects with them, we embraced the array of winter-inspired colors in Dazzle Dry’s new collection and produced a video that makes viewers feel like they’re cuddled up in a cozy cabin with a cup of hot cocoa! This festive film feature was used across social media platforms, web and more to show Dazzle Dry customers how much they needed the Winter Wishes collection on their Christmas list this year. Are we having too much fun with all our new camera, lighting and video production equipment? Yes. But are we pushing the boundaries of our agency and providing badass work to our beloved clients? Also yes—and we’re just getting started.

Veronique founded The James Agency (TJA) in 2005 with the goal of creating an agency focused on open communication and transparency with clients and employees. Today, the award-winning, integrated agency specializes in consumer advertising, public relations and digital and continues to exemplify Veronique’s original vision.

Veronique and her team collaborate to produce creatively-fueled, results-driven campaigns that help clients achieve their goals and positively impact their bottom line. Under Veronique’s direction, TJA has been honored with numerous industry and culture awards, including being named to the Inc. 5000 and Entrepreneur Top Company Cultures lists.

Actively involved in the community, Veronique is currently a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization, Arizona Chapter. She served as the organization’s third female president in 2017/2018. She has received numerous accolades for her leadership, entrepreneurship and community involvement.

Veronique is originally from Southern California and graduated with a BFA in Visual Communication from the University of Arizona.
