Got You Covered needed a partner to help bring its story to life — someone who could turn a vision into a bold, joyful identity that resonated as strongly as the events it delivers.

Enter: Us. We kicked off the rebrand with a messaging and keyword exercise, laying the foundation for a consistent voice that matched Got You Covered’s inclusive, modern ethos. From there, we redesigned the original logo with rounded, friendly letterforms and playful spark-inspired iconography — symbolizing the lights, flashes and joy of truly great entertainment. With new messaging in place and a fresh visual look, we brought everything to life through a comprehensive website redesign, complete with a custom talent library and improved user experience. Through open collaboration with Got You Covered’s four key decision-makers, we created a brand that each of them felt proud of.

The impact was immediate. Website performance skyrocketed, with desktop speed score increasing from 46 to 93. More than 450 users visited the new site in the first month alone. Most importantly, the Got You Covered team finally had a brand that reflected its energy, purpose and potential, proving that truly great marketing is something to celebrate.

WestWorld

When your venue hosts everything from horse shows to high-end auctions, your brand has to keep up. WestWorld of Scottsdale, an institution known for its equestrian roots, was ready for a transformation that honored its heritage while embracing its full potential.

The James Agency partnered with the City of Scottsdale to reposition WestWorld as a venue for all. From branding to web, our strategy focused on showing off WestWorld’s year-round roster of world-class events. We uncovered the "middle ground and gap"—a space where the public only knew part of the story. The new brand identity (logo, messaging and visuals) bridged that gap by pairing WestWorld’s classic cowboy grit with civic polish. We then turned the spotlight to the website—streamlining the user experience, elevating the design and giving the city a digital presence to be proud of.
