The Workshop Pilates

When The Workshop Pilates, one of the Phoenix areaโ€™s top fitness studios, came to TJA to amplify the news of its latest opening, our team was ready to flex its PR muscles.

The Workshop Pilates was set to debut its heated mat pilates conceptโ€”the first of its kind in the Valley to introduce infrared red light technologyโ€”inside the historic Arcadia space that once housed the beloved but defunct Madison Improvement Club.
