Mark-Taylor Residential

Mark-Taylor is the largest multi-family home developer in the state, owning and managing a large collection of Class-A developments across Arizona and beyond. Their marketing team wanted some creative videos to help prospective residents virtually experience their future homes. TJA wrote, cast, planned and produced 28 videos across 14 Mark-Taylor properties, setting a few agency project records along the way. Consistent details like motion-tracked graphics and a presenter create a brand standard, while unique storylines and talent combinations create interest.
