This project was a remarkable success. Our efforts resulted in 59 PR placements, 48.5 million impressions, 54 tours scheduled, 589 brochure downloads, and 19,000 landing page views. This integrated approach propelled Portico to 100% occupancy—all while construction was still underway—exceeding sales targets and solidifying Belgravia Group’s presence in Arizona’s luxury real estate market. As a result of this success, TJA is now launching a second luxury community with Belgravia Group.
