Known for its iconic logo, colorful cans and Chandler roots, SanTan Brewing Company’s portfolio lacked cohesion in a crowded local space. Although the brewery had strong product quality and brand goodwill, it was living in a “respected but not regularly chosen” middle ground that limited momentum. We unified the lineup with a modular packaging system for cans and tap handles, strengthening recognition and shelf impact while preserving the brand’s energy and edge. At the same time, we partnered with SanTan to realign its beer division and create a smarter path to growth. Through hands-on research, live taste testing and integrated strategy across social, PR, and digital channels, we turned insight into action. The result was a clear, data-backed roadmap that sharpened positioning, focused the target audience, strengthened brand recognition at shelf and established a measurable plan for long-term profitability.
