Trilogy® by Shea Homes is a national collection of 55+ active adult communities with locations from Virginia to California. While each neighborhood features its own unique style and regional flair, Trilogy’s® core goal is to help people live happier lives.
TJA worked with Trilogy® to develop an emotionally driven campaign that captured the neighborhoods’ vibrant energy across a wide range of mediums. TJA provided a diverse library of modular creative elements, accompanied by a comprehensive execution guide and in-depth brand standards. This ensured the internal marketing team at Trilogy® could apply the design, aesthetic and voice to any outlet. Using these elements, TJA also assisted Trilogy® with the launch of a new community near Las Vegas, leveraging the campaign assets across a myriad of strategically placed media.
